FAQs
Will this delete anything? No. We work safely and explain every change. You’ll approve before anything is removed.
Is iCloud a backup? Not by itself. It’s sync.
Shared Albums or Shared Library, what’s the difference? Shared Albums are lightweight and compressed; Shared Library is a unified, full-quality family library with finer controls.
Do I need a Mac? No, however there are some features exclusive to MacOS such as Smart Albums, keywords and faster bulk actions.
Will this fix my duplicates? Yes, Photos’ Utilities → Duplicates is excellent. We’ll review merges before applying.
